Summary

ITP Aero is a world leader in aeronautical and industrial engine development. During my time at ITP Aero, I helped to further develop the thermal modelling software suite: ESATAN-TMS Workbench which is used at both NASA and ESA.

Development

The majority of my development work was implementing post-processing functionality that was present in their existing software ThermNV inside of Workbench. A small selection of my work included the implementation of:

• User interaction for a 3D scene (Camera controls, selection and movement of objects, 2D interface elements)
• Saving and loading of 3D scene data
• Graphics programming using OpenGL (General shader programming and signed distance field font rendering)
